  • the right of access to personal data,
  • the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data,
  • the right to erasure of personal data,
  • the right to restriction of processing,
  • the right to data portability,
  • the right to object to processing,
  • the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, where applicable.

The controller is required to facilitate the exercise of these rights and respond to requests without undue delay, generally no later than within one month. In exceptionally complex cases, the deadline may be extended, but the data subject must be informed within the initial one-month period. Responses must be clear, understandable and generally provided free of charge unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
