This form is intended for complaints concerning damaged goods. For exchanging goods or withdrawing from the contract, please use the exchange form.

  • Goods in their original condition may be returned in full within 14 days of delivery.
  • Goods in their original condition may be exchanged for another product or size within 30 days of delivery.
  • Please send parcels by registered post, not cash on delivery.
  • Include the original invoice or receipt in the parcel.

In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the seller is not liable for defects caused in particular by mechanical damage, unavoidable events such as natural disasters, improper handling, use contrary to the instructions or the normal intended method of use, intervention by an unauthorised person, including the user, or any other unqualified intervention, use of the goods in conditions where humidity or chemical and mechanical influences are unsuitable for the nature of the goods, neglect of proper care and maintenance, excessive loading, use contrary to the conditions specified in the documentation, generally accepted principles, technical standards or safety regulations, or any other breach of the warranty conditions.
